Panasonic (PC) is developing a hand-held video game player, Bloomberg reports, citing “two company officials familiar with the matter.” The device is reportedly code-named Jungle, will feature both a touch screen and a keyboard, according to TechCrunch, which first reported on the device on Monday.
“Jungle is an ongoing project that Panasonic is pursuing,” a Panasonic spokeswoman told Bloomberg.
Panasonic’s last entry in the video-game market was a 3DO game console, which was sold briefly in 1994.
