20 Undervalued, Low Beta Stocks for Your Watchlist

The following is a list of stocks that analysts seem to think are deeply undervalued. Additionally, all these names have low beta profile.

In order to compile this list, we found 200 stocks with betas between 0.65 and 1. We then compared their current market price against the average analyst target price (used as a proxy for fair value), and ultimately found the 20 most undervalued companies.

Although this is a very basic way to find undervalued companies, it can be a very useful starting point for your own analysis. Full details below.

1. Black Box Corp. (BBOX): Networking & Communication Devices Industry. Market cap of $626.04M. Beta of 0.94. According to analysts' estimates this stock has a 38.77% upside, when comparing the current price $33.87 vs. their target price of $47.0. The stock has gained 2.74% over the last year.

2. Compania de Minas Buenaventura SA (BVN): Gold Industry. Market cap of $10.81B. Beta of 0.65. According to analysts' estimates this stock has a 34.4% upside, when comparing the current price $38.29 vs. their target price of $51.46. The stock is currently stuck in a downtrend, trading -9.1% below its SMA20, -11.02% below its SMA50, and -13.34% below its SMA200. It's been a rough couple of days for the stock, losing 9.07% over the last week.
